The Best Birthday Freebies in Los Angeles 2023
It’s my birthday!!! June 12th is one of my favorite worldwide holidays! Usually I try to be out of town on my actual birthday but sometimes planning trips around weather, the travel seasons and when my birthday actually falls can be tough! Sooo many factors go into deciding what to do for my bday! This year (2022) I just got back from Croatia a week ago so it will be a low key day for me this year! With that being said, having no official plans I decided to do a search of what my city has to offer when it’s your birthday! Come to find out so many places have birthday specials and freebies all over Los Angeles and some all month long!! You better believe I am here for it!!! Make sure to look into these as your birthday nears to make sure they are still in effect. Some of the places I came across, the birthday specials were discontinued! Bummer! 
Personally, I collected on a slice of Susie’s Cakes and a medium pizza from Big Mama & Papas! HBD to me!

At Susie’s Cakes you can grab a free slice of cake on your birthday when you download their app. Who doesn’t love their confetti celebration cake?!
Big Mama and Papa's Pizzeria
Sign up on their website before your Birthday for a free medium 1 topping pizza during your birthday month!
SUGARFISH by sushi nozawa
Dine in for a multi course meal- Yes I am serious! This one has a few caveats. If you register for the sushi chain’s Birthday Club and then dine there twice, you’ll earn a free Trust Me meal on your birthday. You’ll need to remember to complete a check-in card during each visit and both have to be done at least 24 hours prior to your birthday. I still feel like it’s well worth it though.
Benihana
Join their chefs club online and you will receive a $30 gift card during the month of your birthday. Fun Amanda fact…my first real word was Benihana!
Sidecar Donuts
Just by downloading the app you will receive a free donut. On your birthday you also get a free donut and most of the time a bonus donut too! They are known for having the freshest donuts and don’t disappoint especially when they are still warm.
Jamba Juice
The juice shop sends you a birthday coupon for a FREE Small Smoothie or 12 oz Juice when you register for the My Jamba Rewards program. No purchase is required and the coupon is valid on your birthday and for 30 additional days. While indulging in Pizza and cake I have to balance it out with something green. So its nice to know that Jamba has my back!
Menchies
The birthday reward gives registered guests a yearly $5 coupon to use 1 week before to 1 week after their birthday. This is my personal favorite froyo spot!
Jersey Mikes
Joining their email club you can enjoy a free birthday sub! Yum!
The Habit
The restaurant will send you a birthday coupon for a Free Charburger with Cheese if you sign up for The Charclub email list. No purchase is required for this freebie and the coupon is valid on your birthday and 30 days following.
